Cancellation Policy

All consultations are non-refundable. You will receive an email with instructions and a secure link for your virtual visit after booking. GLP-1 medications are currently available to Florida residents only and are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), severe gastrointestinal disorders, or pancreatitis.
