For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.

If your package is lost, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  info@theinfusionoasis.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review your request and resolve the issue promptly.
